Carlos Rey-Martin joined SunGard in 2009 as SVP of Client Services. Prior to that, he successfully ran for 5+ years the US operations of Proxima Alfa Investments (LLC), a Hedge Fund Platform servicing over $3B in Assets Under Management across multiple Funds and Strategies. Overall, Carlos was involved in the launch of over 15 individual hedge funds and multiple managed accounts around them, and counted multiple Institutional Investors, Asset Managers, Fund of Funds, Foundations and Endowments, Pension Funds and High Net Worth individuals as clients. Carlos has also worked for VegaPlus Capital partners (LLC) and BBVA (New York) since 2000.
